About Bizbe
Bizbe was founded by Stephen Mckinney and Eddie Hudson, both previously exited founders, who experienced firsthand the complexity of selling a privately held business. Their backgrounds in transportation and technology highlighted the challenges small business owners face when selling without the support of investment banks, large legal teams or other institutional resources. Bizbe was created to support business owners and makes the process more transparent and efficient by combining technology with human expertise throughout the transaction.
Today, Bizbe has grown to manage the business sale process from marketing to close. It’s platform supports buyer verification, KYC, liquidity verification, soft credit checks, AI-enabled data rooms, letters of intent, e-signatures and diligence. The company currently represents over 27 small and medium size businesses across the United States and onboards roughly 150 qualified buyers each month, primarily across logistics, transportation and franchise businesses.
Partnership with Lendflow
As Bizbe expanded, financing emerged as a critical part of completing transactions. After experiencing delays with individual lenders on significant deals, the company recognized that a more scalable lending infrastructure was necessary to support its growth. Bizbe had previously managed direct integrations with individual banks, an approach that created additional operational complexity and limited the flexibility available to buyers.
Through its partnership with Lendflow, Bizbe has launched Bizbe Capital, a white-labeled financing experience integrated directly into its platform. Once a transaction moves through diligence, deal and buyer information collected through Bizbe can support the financing process through Lendflow. Lendflow’s infrastructure then enables Bizbe to connect qualified opportunities with lending partners through a more centralized and automated workflow. By making the financing process faster and more efficient, Bizbe can deliver a better customer experience while helping more transactions move from diligence to completion more quickly.
Looking Ahead
The partnership is designed to support Bizbe as it scales its technology-enabled approach to business brokerage. By bringing financing closer to the transaction workflow, Bizbe can reduce friction at a critical stage of the acquisition process while giving buyers a clearer path toward securing the capital required to close.
“Financing is a critical part of getting a business acquisition across the finish line,” said Steve, co-founder of Bizbe. “As we continued to grow, it became clear that solving the lending piece was essential. Working with Lendflow allows us to bring financing directly into the experience we have built for buyers and sellers.”
“Bizbe is applying technology to a part of the small business ecosystem that has historically been highly fragmented and manual,” said Jon Fry, founder and CEO of Lendflow. “By integrating lending into that experience, we can help Bizbe create a more efficient path from diligence to financing and ultimately to close.”
